About us

The Seiler Holding AG is supported by the Seiler Family. Its primary goals are to support aquisition, usage and distribution of medical knowhow. Therefore it supports non-profit projects like hospitals in Africa as well as IT projects which aim for the distribution of medical knowhow.

Besides these non-profit goals, we are a company builder, which develops ideas to companies. Focus of our activities is in the area of healthcare, logistic and supply-chain management. We support these projects with our own IT implementation infrastructure, with co-financing and our experience, and network which we built up over the last years. We are constantly searching for innovative ideas and teams, which we can support.

We are interested in different kinds of partnerships to form entities in our portfolio which have the synergy with our current investments.

We are looking for joint ventures

We are searching companies which are currently unhappy with their software solutions or have a business process which is not covered by any software so far. We support these companies to build up a IT concept to cover these business processes in an ideal way.

Once the IT concept is found we together find the most effective way of implementation. If required we can bring in IT and management knowhow to the table.

If the created software solution or parts of it are sellable to third parties, we are willing to invest into the software creation and development process and support the new formed entity in delivering its value to the market.

Plannico was founded in 2013 as a startup for roostering software. Plannico’s aim was not to be yet another simple cloud based roostering software, but to bear a lot of professional functionality so far only available in dinosaur-on-premise solutions. Also it aimed for incorporating other functionality required to many staff intensive enterprises, like scenario planning.
